The power of photography – fire fools Twitterati

Dublin Fire Brigade posted a picture on their Twitter account last Wednesday morning depicting a massive explosion coming from Eirtech hangar 3. The picture was quickly picked up by the local and national media and was successively retweeted a massive 510 times and favorited a further 110. The fire, which had broken out at 6:45 that morning, had been relatively small and was quickly contained by Dublin Airports own fire brigade. So what caused the massive explosion that we see in the picture?   It turns out that Dublin Fire Brigade had actually captured the morning sun rising out from behind hangar 3, and that their intention had actually been to capture the plum of smoke to the right of the photograph! They say a picture can tell 1000 words, what did this picture say to you?
